Which shops can repair my vehicle?
Any ASE-certified repair shop or franchise dealership. Hand your Alpha Service Contract paperwork to the service writer; the shop diagnoses the failure and calls us for authorization before repairs. We pay the shop directly and you pay only your deductible.
