Go to Any ASE-Certified Shop
Drive or tow your vehicle to any ASE-certified repair shop or franchise dealership in the country. You never need our approval first.

Give Paperwork to the Service Writer
Hand your Alpha Service Contract contract paperwork to the service writer. The shop diagnoses the issue and calls our claims line before any covered repairs begin.

We Pay the Shop Directly
Alpha Service Contract authorizes the repair and pays the shop directly by corporate credit card. You only pay your agreed deductible — no reimbursement paperwork.
